Skyworks hiring freeze or just slow down?

Hey everyone, been at Skyworks for a few years now, and lately, the hiring seems to have really slowed to a crawl. Not sure if it's a full freeze or just a general slowdown across the board. Anyone in recruiting or management seeing this? My team's been short-staffed for a while, and we were expecting new hires this quarter, but crickets. Feels a bit off, especially given the general market conditions. Wondering if this is a company-wide trend or just specific departments. Curious to hear if anyone has any intel or is experiencing similar things. Trying to get a pulse on where things are heading.

I've heard similar rumblings from a few contacts in different divisions at Skyworks. It definitely feels like more than just a seasonal dip. The lack of transparency is a bit concerning, especially when teams are already stretched thin. Hopefully, it's a temporary adjustment and not a sign of deeper issues. Keep us updated if you hear anything more concrete. It's tough to plan when you're constantly waiting for headcount approvals that never seem to come through.
