Hey everyone, I'm seeing a lot of chatter online and internally about potential headcount reductions at Skyworks. No official announcement yet, but the whispers are getting louder. Is anyone else picking up on this? Are managers being cagey when asked about team stability or hiring freezes? I've noticed a slowdown in project approvals and a general sense of 'wait and see' in my department. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just isolated to certain divisions. I've been hearing similar things. It feels like there's definitely a shift happening. My manager has been really tight-lipped about future projects, and even hiring for a few open roles seems to have stalled unexpectedly.
