Thoughts on Skyworks' future workforce size?

Reading a lot about the semiconductor industry generally, and it's a mixed bag. Some areas are booming, others are tightening belts. I'm in [Department Name, e.g., Engineering/Operations] at Skyworks and we haven't had any official announcements, but the workload feels like it's either plateaued or even slightly declining in some areas. It's hard to tell if it's just cyclical or if we're heading for a downsize. The lack of clear communication is making it tough to gauge the situation. Is anyone else seeing signs of potential headcount adjustments, whether through attrition, freezes, or something more direct? Just trying to get a sense of the broader picture beyond my immediate team.

I've noticed a similar trend. It's the quiet before the storm, or just a normal lull? Hard to say without any official word. I'm trying to stay focused on current projects and deliver the best I can, but the uncertainty about future staffing levels is definitely a background concern for many of us.
