I've been at Snowflake for almost 4 years now, in the data science org, and I can't shake this feeling that something's coming. I know there haven't been any official announcements, but the general vibe is just off. Projects are getting canceled or put on hold, and there's a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining.' My manager keeps saying everything is fine, but he seems stressed too. I'm constantly refreshing the news and Blind, just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Anyone else in the same boat? What are you doing to cope with the uncertainty?

I hear you. Been there, done that at a different company. The 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' talk is always a red flag. Start updating your resume *now*. Don't wait for the official announcement. Also, connect with recruiters and start casually browsing job boards. Better to be proactive and prepared than caught off guard. Good luck!

Honestly, it could be nothing. Big companies like Snowflake are constantly reorganizing and shifting priorities. It's part of the game. While it's wise to be aware, don't let the anxiety paralyze you. Focus on delivering your best work and being a valuable member of the team. Control what you can, and try to ignore the noise. If something does happen, you'll be in a better position regardless.
