Well, it finally happened. Got the call this morning. Was told my role was 'redundant' as part of a re-org. I was in sales, covering the West Coast. Been with Snowflake for almost 3 years and always hit my numbers. They said severance package is two months salary plus unused PTO. I'm absolutely gutted. No warning whatsoever.
