Snowflake - Any official word on these 'adjustments'?

Seeing the HN post and a few whispers on other platforms about 'targeted adjustments' at Snowflake. Sounds like corporate speak for layoffs, but no official announcement or widespread reports yet. Anyone on the inside have more clarity on what's happening? Are specific teams being hit harder than others, or is this more of a broad, but quiet, cull? Trying to gauge the situation and if it's something to be concerned about if I'm still employed there or if I'm looking to join. The lack of transparency is pretty unsettling. Feels like we're all just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Curious to hear if anyone's manager has addressed this or if it's just being brushed under the rug. It's tough when you feel like you're in the dark about your own job security.

Heard some similar rumblings. It's always tough when there's uncertainty like this. Management really should be more transparent with the workforce, especially if there are significant changes afoot.
