Getting some weird vibes internally. Management sent out a pretty generic email about 'organizational changes' to better align with our 'evolving strategy.' Sounds like a lot of buzzwords, but my gut tells me there might be more to it. A few people on my floor who used to be super plugged in have gone quiet, and I haven't seen some familiar faces around lately. No official announcements, but the silence is deafening. Is anyone else seeing or hearing about specific teams or roles being impacted by these 'changes'? Trying to gauge the scale of this. If it's just a few folks here and there, fine, but if it's broader, we should probably know.
