Snowflake Execs Talking 'Adjustments'... What's the Real Story?

Seeing some chatter online, and management's been a bit vague about 'strategic adjustments.' Usually, when they talk like that and it's not a big product launch, it's code for something else. Heard from a couple of folks in other departments that teams are being 'realigned.' Not sure if that's a layoff euphemism or just standard corporate speak. Anyone else in engineering or product hearing anything more concrete? Trying to get a sense of what's actually happening before rumors get totally out of hand. Feels like the hiring freeze we had last quarter might have been a precursor. Just want to know if I need to update my resume or if this is just a reshuffling.
