Been with S&P Global for a few years now, and honestly, the vibe has shifted significantly. Used to feel like there were opportunities to grow and move around, but lately, it feels like a bit of a standstill. Promotions seem harder to come by, and even when they do happen, the scope doesn't always expand as much as you'd hope. I've been looking at internal postings, and a lot of them seem like roles that have been open for ages, or they're very niche. Makes me wonder if the company is just… consolidating, or if there's a bigger plan I'm not privy to. Has anyone else felt this sense of stagnation?
