S&P Global - Any recent internal comms about restructuring?

Hi all, Been seeing some cross-departmental meetings that seem a bit more intense than usual. Lots of talk about "synergies" and "optimizing" our business units. It's all very corporate speak, but I'm wondering if anyone has had direct insight into what this might mean long-term. Are these just standard business reviews or are we heading into a period of significant change? I've been with SPG for a while and while we haven't had the dramatic cuts seen elsewhere, I feel like the ground could shift. Any specific business lines feeling more pressure than others? Just trying to get a pulse check on the situation from colleagues across the company. Appreciate any insights, even if it's just observations about team dynamics or workload changes.

Yeah, that 'optimizing' talk has been circulating for a bit. It's the kind of jargon that usually precedes some kind of consolidation or departmental integration. Given the current economic climate, it wouldn't be surprising if they're looking at efficiency gains.
