SPGI - Management's communication feels off lately

Is it just me, or has management at S&P Global been particularly opaque about the company's direction and future workforce plans? We've had a couple of all-hands meetings where the messaging has been incredibly vague, focusing on broad economic headwinds and the need for 'efficiency.' Yet, there's no real transparency about what that means for us on the ground. Project scopes seem to be shrinking, and there's a noticeable dip in morale. It feels like they're trying to manage perceptions without actually addressing the underlying concerns. I'm not seeing any official layoff announcements, but the lack of clear communication is creating a lot of anxiety. Curious if others feel this disconnect between what's being said and what's actually happening internally.
