Okay, so I've been hearing whispers within my department about potential restructuring. Nothing concrete, just that 'organizational changes' are being considered. This always makes me nervous, especially given the current economic climate. It's vague enough to mean anything from minor team reassignments to something more significant. My manager is being tight-lipped, which is understandable, but it’s fueling the speculation. Is anyone else hearing similar buzz, or is this just localized to my corner of SPGI? Trying to stay calm but it’s hard when you hear things like this. Appreciate any info or shared experiences.

I'm in a different division but have heard similar murmurs about 'efficiency reviews' and 'strategic realignments.' It's definitely a company-wide feeling of uncertainty right now. The vagueness is what gets people, makes you imagine all sorts of scenarios. Hope it's nothing too disruptive, but the economic headwinds are real for everyone in the industry.

Can confirm that there's a general feeling of 'what's next' circulating. It's not just your team. Leadership seems to be looking at ways to streamline operations, which often translates to reorgs.
