Okay, seriously, what is going on at Spotify? The internal comms are all about 'focus' and 'prioritization,' but the actual impact feels like a slow squeeze. Teams are being reorganized, projects are getting deprioritized left and right, and there's this constant hum of 'we need to be more efficient.' It’s giving me major anxiety. I've seen this movie before at other tech companies, and it never ends well. Is this just me, or are others experiencing this increased pressure and weird reorganization patterns? Feels like we're being prepped for something, and it's not exactly a pizza party. Trying to stay positive and productive, but the uncertainty is brutal.

Definitely feeling this too. The 'efficiency' push feels like a constant threat of cuts, even if nothing's officially on the chopping block yet.
