Worst case severance - anyone got intel?

Okay, so this is a bit morbid, but hear me out. No official layoffs have been announced (that I know of!), but with the market being what it is and Spotify's recent financial reports, I'm mentally preparing for the worst. I'm in a mid-level product marketing role, been here 6 years. I've seen what happened at other tech companies and the severance packages can vary WILDLY. Does anyone have any insider info or past experience with Spotify's layoff severance? Like, what's a realistic amount of weeks per year of service? Do they include things like continued health benefits, stock vesting acceleration, or outplacement services? Just trying to get a baseline so I'm not completely blindsided if the unthinkable happens. Any info, even anecdotal from previous small cuts, would be super helpful. Trying to stay optimistic but also be prepared.
