Stripe severance package – any info?

Hey all, has anyone heard anything concrete about Stripe's severance packages, or if there are even any layoffs on the horizon? I'm not seeing any official news, but there have been some weird internal comms recently (that whole duck thing was bizarre, right?). Wondering if it's just internal shuffling or a precursor to something bigger. If people *are* being let go, what's the deal with the severance? Any former employees willing to share what they know, even anecdotally? Trying to gauge the situation and what to expect if the worst happens. Appreciate any insights, even if it's just rumors you've heard through the grapevine.

I've been keeping an ear to the ground too. Haven't seen any official announcements, and the internal comms have been pretty opaque lately. That duck memo was certainly... unique. It's hard to say if it's just internal reorganization or something more significant. If there are layoffs, hopefully, they're being transparent about the severance. It's a stressful situation to be in when you're unsure about job security and potential support if things change.
