Just saw the news about T-Mobile laying off another 5,000 employees. Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. Every time profits are decent, they find a reason to cut people. First it was the Sprint merger, then 'synergies,' and now what? Are they just trying to squeeze every last penny out before the next quarterly report? It feels like no one is safe, regardless of performance. I've been here for years and have seen so many talented people let go. It's demoralizing. Makes you wonder about loyalty and long-term prospects here. Anyone else feel like they're just a number? What are your thoughts on the company's strategy moving forward? Are they consolidating, or just cutting for the sake of it?

Loyalty feels like a one-way street these days, and it's a shame that the human cost of these decisions often seems secondary to financial targets.
