Just heard about the latest round of layoffs at T-Mobile. Apparently, around 5,000 jobs are affected. This is getting ridiculous. It feels like every few months there's another wave of people being let go. I'm starting to get really anxious about my own position and department. Does anyone have any inside information about which areas are being hit the hardest this time? Is it just certain tech roles, or is it across the board? I'm in [mention a department, e.g., network operations/marketing/customer care] and we've been relatively stable, but I'm not sure how long that will last. It's hard to plan anything when you feel like your job could be on the chopping block at any moment. The constant uncertainty is draining. Any intel would be appreciated.

This is incredibly unsettling news. Hearing about such significant numbers makes anyone in the company nervous.
