Anyone else in Bellevue bricking it right now?

I'm in the Bellevue HQ, been with T-Mobile for 8 years in the network engineering department. The vibe here is so tense you could cut it with a knife. I've seen a couple people escorted out already this morning. They say it's performance based but I'm not buying it. Seems more like they're clearing house to save cash. Anyone else feeling like they're on the chopping block? What's the chatter in your departments? This 'restructuring' feels a lot like last time, except way more sudden.

Dude, that sucks. I'm in marketing, also at Bellevue, and haven't seen anything like that, but I'm keeping my head down. I've noticed some 'mandatory' training sessions popping up on the calendar, which usually means something bad is coming. Polish up that resume, maybe? It's always good to be prepared. Hope things chill out for you, though.

Honestly, this sounds like classic corporate paranoia. 'Performance based' is always the excuse. Look, if they're really doing layoffs, HR has to be involved, and there are usually notices and WARN acts and stuff. Unless they're trying to avoid all that? Either way, jumping to conclusions isn't going to help anyone's stress level. Let's see how the week plays out before we all panic. Maybe just some bad management decisions happening.
