Is there a single division safe from the cuts anymore?

0x28dd…0833It seems like every year we go through this song and dance. First it was the post-merger integration, then it was 'streamlining operations,' and now it’s just business as usual. I’m starting to wonder if anyone at corporate actually values the institutional knowledge that walks out the door every time they hit the eject button on 5,000 employees. I feel for everyone affected today—the timing is always brutal, and the 'support' provided is always surface-level at best. For those of us left behind, the workload is just going to double while the support staff shrinks. At what point does the actual service quality suffer enough to impact the churn rate? Or are they just banking on us being too burnt out to notice? I’m genuinely curious if anyone has seen a real roadmap for the company that doesn't involve firing people to hit quarterly targets. It’s hard to stay motivated when you’re constantly looking over your shoulder waiting for the next calendar invite from HR.
