I was with Sprint pre-merger for 8 years in a similar role and they offered me one week per year of service. I've heard T-Mobile is *slightly* better, so two weeks might be possible. I didn't even try to negotiate, honestly. I was just so burned out that I signed whatever they put in front of me just to get out. Good luck to you, friend. Start polishing that resume now!
Don't get your hopes up too high. While two weeks per year sounds nice, that's the *best* case scenario, not the average. My buddy got laid off last year (same department) after 7 years and only got 6 weeks total. Also, they are very unlikely to negotiate unless you have something REALLY valuable to offer them in exchange, like insider knowledge or a pending lawsuit. Get a lawyer to look it over if you have any doubts.
