Saw a layoff notice filed for 51 employees in Colorado, effective June 8th. This is happening. I’m in sales operations and haven’t heard anything official *directly* from leadership, but this WARN notice is pretty concrete. Anyone else know anything more about what departments are being affected outside of CO? Specifically, anyone in the South region know anything? Trying to prepare myself mentally and financially for the worst.

Yeah, WARN notices are usually a solid indicator. Sorry to hear you're in limbo. I'm not in sales ops, but I'm in engineering in the Midwest, and there's been a weird quiet. Usually, that means something is brewing. Might be worth updating your resume and discreetly reaching out to recruiters, just in case. Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Good luck, hope it's not as bad as it looks.

Honestly, I wouldn't panic *too* much over one WARN notice. Colorado isn't exactly T-Mobile's biggest hub. Could be a restructure specific to that location. Remember last year when everyone thought the sky was falling after that Texas notice? It ended up being a small department shift. Still sucks for those 51 people, obviously, but don't assume it's a nationwide bloodbath. Stay frosty, but don't sell your stocks just yet.
