They keep talking about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations,' but what it really means is people losing their livelihoods. It's the second major round of cuts in recent memory. It feels like they're just trimming the fat, but at some point, you wonder if they're cutting muscle. It's frustrating to see so many hard-working people impacted. Are these corporate decisions trickle-down effects that will eventually hit the store level too? Just feels like a constant state of anxiety for anyone working there or looking to get hired.
