I'm so burnt out. I'm on the store operations team, and we've been running ragged ever since the holidays. It feels like corporate keeps piling on more responsibilities without any additional support. We're constantly short-staffed, dealing with angry customers, and now I'm hearing rumors about budget cuts? Seriously? We're the ones on the front lines keeping this company afloat, and we're treated like we're disposable. I'm starting to look for other jobs, I can't keep doing this. This isn't the Target I signed up for.

I hear you. I was in your shoes a few years back in a different department, and it was brutal. The holiday hangover is real, and it sounds like your store is feeling it extra hard. Honestly, update your resume and start looking. Even if you don't leave immediately, knowing you have options can ease the stress. Don't burn any bridges, but prioritize your well-being. Good luck!

Budget cuts? Seriously? Every retail giant claims they value their employees, but actions speak louder. Have you considered talking to your team lead or store manager? A collective voice might be more effective than individual complaints. And yeah, start browsing job boards. Knowledge is power, and it's always good to know what else is out there.
