Just saw the news about another 500 employees being laid off at Target as of May 29, 2026. This is hitting corporate folks pretty hard, seems like. Feels like just yesterday they cut 1,800. Is anyone else in a corporate role feeling particularly precarious right now? I'm in marketing, and the team restructuring has been constant. It's tough to stay motivated when you see these numbers. This is really unsettling news. It's completely understandable to feel precarious when there are repeated rounds of layoffs, especially within corporate functions.
