Livermore site - anyone else seeing the writing on the wall?

Is it just me, or does the vibe at the Rutan Drive facility feel completely different lately? I know we had that small reduction back in March, but the silence from leadership since then has been deafening. They called it 'optimizing,' but we all know that’s just corporate speak for cost-cutting. I’m hearing rumblings from the floor that the current output targets are becoming increasingly disconnected from our actual headcount. I’ve been here for a few years, and I’ve never seen morale this low. Is anyone else worried that the 5 people who left in March were just the beginning of a larger strategy to scale down operations here? I’m trying to figure out if I should start polishing my resume now or wait until the next town hall. Any intel from the other departments would be appreciated. I’m tired of waiting for the other shoe to drop.
