Worried about my role at Teleflex
Hey all, new to posting here. Been with Teleflex for a few years in R&D, and lately, things have felt...off. We've had a few 'restructuring' announcements that haven't seemed to directly impact my team yet, but the general atmosphere is tense. Been hearing some whispers around the water cooler lately, nothing concrete, but definitely a general sense of unease. Anyone else at Teleflex picking up on this? Our division has been pretty quiet on new projects and the usual 'optimizing' language seems to be creeping into more conversations than usual. It's making it hard to focus on the day-to-day.
