Teleflex - Any whispers about restructuring or workforce adjustments?

Hey everyone, been working at Teleflex for a few years now and lately, the vibe feels...different. Not sure if it's just me or if others are picking up on it too. There hasn't been any official announcement, of course, but I've been noticing a few things that make me wonder. Project scopes seem to be shrinking, some cross-functional teams are being dissolved, and there's a definite uptick in 'efficiency' discussions during leadership meetings. My manager is also being super cagey about future team growth, which is unusual. Is anyone else in the same boat? Seeing more people polishing their resumes or hear any rumors from their departments about potential 'realignments' or anything like that? Just trying to get a feel for what's happening across the company. Trying not to panic, but the quiet feels louder than usual right now.
