Teleflex: Heard anything about upcoming changes??

Hey all, just trying to get a pulse on what's going on at Teleflex. Been hearing some whispers lately, nothing concrete, but enough to make me a little antsy. Seems like there might be some organizational shifts on the horizon. Anyone else picking up on anything? Maybe some departments are being looked at more closely than others? Trying to gauge if it's company-wide or more targeted. Any insights would be appreciated, even if it's just anecdotal. Just want to be prepared if there's anything brewing. Feels like the usual medical device industry ups and downs, but wanted to check in with the community here.

I've been with Teleflex for a while now and these kinds of rumblings aren't entirely new. It seems like every year or so there's talk of restructuring or new strategic directions. It's definitely wise to stay aware of what's happening, but try not to get too worked up unless there's concrete news. Focus on your performance and making sure your contributions are visible. Often, these 'whispers' don't amount to much, or the changes are less dramatic than imagined.

Yeah, I've heard some similar chatter too. It feels like there's a constant evaluation process going on, which can be unsettling. I'm particularly curious about the R&D side of things. Have you noticed any specific projects being put on hold or any shifts in resources being allocated? It's hard to tell if it's just standard business fluctuations or something more significant. Keeping an ear to the ground is smart, especially with how fast things can change in this industry.
