Teleflex - Anyone else feeling the jitters?

Been hearing some whispers around the water cooler lately, nothing concrete, but definitely a general sense of unease. Anyone else at Teleflex picking up on this? Our division has been pretty quiet on new projects and the usual 'optimizing' language seems to be creeping into more conversations than usual. It's making it hard to focus on the day-to-day. Just curious if others are feeling the same vibe or if I'm just being overly sensitive. Trying not to panic, but the uncertainty is a bit much. Anyone have any actual intel, or is this just the usual med device industry cycle? Feels like the Q3 earnings call might be interesting, to say the least.

I'm definitely feeling it too. It's not just your division. There's a palpable shift in the air, and it's hard to ignore. The lack of clear communication about future plans is creating a lot of anxiety. People are worried about their roles and the company's direction. It's tough to stay motivated when there's so much uncertainty hanging over us. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's getting harder each day. Hopefully, we'll get some clarity soon.
