Teleflex: Signs of a slowdown? Anyone else seeing this?

Anyone else at Teleflex feeling like things are tightening up? I've noticed some project timelines getting extended and a general air of caution around new spending. It's not a full stop, but definitely a noticeable slowdown in approvals and resource allocation. Makes me wonder if leadership is bracing for something, or if it's just a cyclical thing. My manager is being pretty tight-lipped, which is never a great sign. Anyone else in different divisions seeing similar patterns? Trying to figure out if this is a localized thing or a broader company trend. Curious to hear what others are experiencing on the ground.

I'm seeing some of that too, though maybe not as pronounced. We've had a few initiatives get put on the back burner, and the usual urgency on some things seems to have faded. It does feel like a bit of a belt-tightening exercise, but it's hard to say if it's a sign of bigger issues or just standard end-of-year budget management. The lack of clear communication from above doesn't help calm nerves, that's for sure.
