Anyone else notice the increased urgency for 'efficiency' lately?

Been at Tesla for a few years now, and the vibe has definitely shifted in the last quarter or so. It feels like every single task is being scrutinized for 'efficiency' gains, and not in a good way. It's less about innovation and more about squeezing every last drop out of existing processes. We're seeing more 'reorganizations' that feel an awful lot like people being nudged out, even if there wasn't a formal layoff announcement. My team lost two key people last week, and their roles were just absorbed by the remaining members with no one new brought in. It’s creating a lot of extra work and a general sense of unease.
