Are the recent 'quiet' cuts impacting R&D too?

Been seeing a lot of chatter about layoffs, especially with managers leaving, and the Supercharger team getting hit. But I haven't seen much concrete info on R&D specifically. Is anyone in the engineering or research side feeling the pressure? Things feel a bit off lately, and it's not just the usual project churn. Heard some whispers about projects being shelved or teams being restructured with very little notice. Trying to gauge if it's just my department or a wider trend across the company. The 'chilly' layoff emails mentioned in some posts also make me nervous about how any potential future cuts might be handled. Anyone have insights or experience with R&D cuts at Tesla before?
