Morale Tanking - Anyone Else Seeing This?

Been at Tesla for a few years now, and honestly, the vibe has shifted. It feels like every week there's some new 'reorg' or 'efficiency drive.' People are definitely getting antsy. Heard from a few folks in other departments that managers are quitting left and right, not even waiting for the pink slip. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like your job is on the chopping block next, or when you see good people leaving because they're just fed up. Anyone else feeling this widespread morale dip? Is it just my area, or is this a company-wide thing? Feels like we're sailing through a storm right now and nobody's really communicating what the actual plan is, beyond 'do more with less.' Just trying to gauge if this is a personal observation or a shared experience.
