I heard from a friend laid off last year that severance was pretty standard - 2 weeks per year of service, plus any accrued PTO payout. Stock options were a mixed bag; some got accelerated vesting, some didn't. It seemed pretty arbitrary. I'd definitely start updating your resume and networking now, just in case. Better to be prepared than caught off guard. Good luck!
Honestly, don't count on anything generous. They're known for being tight-fisted. Your best bet is to immediately file for unemployment and explore your legal options regarding wrongful termination if you think it applies. Document everything now - performance reviews, emails, anything that could support your case later. Don't expect them to play fair.
