Anyone else feeling the chill at TI? Budgets tighter than usual.

Been at TI for a few years now, and this past quarter has felt...different. Not in a good way. Usually, Q3/Q4 are busy with forward planning, but this year, it feels like every budget line item is under intense scrutiny. Seen a few 're-prioritization' emails ripple through teams, and some long-term projects seem to have just...vanished from roadmaps. No official word on anything, of course, but the vibe is definitely one of belt-tightening. Anyone else in different divisions seeing similar signals? Feels like we're preparing for something, whether it's a slowdown or just a significant strategic pivot. Curious to hear if others are feeling this too, or if it's just my corner of the company.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too, even from my corner of the company. It's a strange atmosphere when you can't quite put your finger on what's changed, but everyone seems to be walking on eggshells. Heard some murmurs about shifting market demands impacting resource allocation, but that's just office gossip. It's unsettling when the usual rhythm feels off, and you're left guessing about what's next.

This is pretty consistent with what I'm observing. The pressure seems to be filtering down from the top, forcing a more conservative approach to spending. Projects that seemed like sure bets a few months ago are now facing much higher hurdles for approval. It's making strategic planning feel like a minefield. Hopefully, this is a temporary adjustment and not a sign of deeper issues.
