Yeah, I've noticed that too. The 'efficiency' push feels like it's translating into doing more with less, which isn't always sustainable long-term. Budgets seem tighter, and approvals for even small things are taking longer than usual. It's definitely creating a bit of an undercurrent of anxiety, especially when combined with the vagueness around future roles. Hopefully, it's just a temporary belt-tightening measure.

Totally on board with this. It feels like we're being asked to optimize every possible process, which is fine in theory, but the practical application seems to be leading to more reporting and less actual *doing*.
