Any recent Textron internal hiring freezes or slowdowns?

Posting anonymously here because it's getting hard to get straight answers. I've noticed a significant drop in internal job postings at Textron over the past quarter. Usually, there are a decent number of roles opening up internally, allowing for movement. Lately, it's like a drought.
