Textron Aerospace - Any whispers of changes?

Hey all, been seeing some chatter on here about other aerospace companies, and it got me wondering about Textron. Specifically, Textron Aviation. Things feel a bit... uncertain lately. Not hearing anything concrete, but there's definitely a vibe shift. Anyone else at Textron, or with connections, picking up on anything? Layoffs, hiring freezes, restructuring? Just trying to get a sense of the temperature. Been here a few years and haven't really experienced this kind of quiet unease before.
