Textron (Aviation) - Anyone else feeling the current project uncertainties?

Hey everyone, Been with Textron Aviation for a few years now, and lately, there's been a weird vibe. Project timelines seem to be shifting more than usual, and some of the long-term contracts feel a bit shaky. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, which just adds to the general anxiety. I haven't heard any concrete layoff news, and our specific department hasn't seen any direct cuts, but the overall atmosphere feels...unsettled. Are others experiencing similar situations across different Textron divisions? Is it just a general aerospace industry slowdown, or is there something more specific brewing at Textron? Curious to hear if anyone has insights or has been in similar situations before. Trying to stay ahead of things and gauge the potential impact.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed some of that here too. It feels like things are in flux, and the lack of clear communication isn't helping. Keeps you on your toes, but not in a good way. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and things will stabilize soon.

I'm in a different division, but the general sense of uncertainty is palpable. Budgets feel tighter, and there's a lot of speculation about what's coming next. It's tough when you can't get a straight answer about the future direction or stability of your projects.
