Yeah, I've definitely felt that pressure increase. It seems like we're being asked to do more with less, and the deadlines aren't exactly loosening up. I keep telling myself it's just the nature of the industry and maybe a particularly demanding project cycle, but it's hard not to wonder if there's a broader staffing strategy at play. Keeps me on my toes, that's for sure.
