Textron Aviation: Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, been with Textron Aviation for a few years now, mostly in engineering. Lately, there's been this palpable tension in the air. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, but there's a lot of 'optimizing' talk and whispers about restructuring. Nothing concrete, mind you, but the atmosphere feels different. Budgets seem tighter, and there's been a freeze on some discretionary spending. I've seen a few folks get 'performance improvement plans' that seem a bit out of the blue. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar vibes across different departments or sites. Trying to gauge if it's just my department or a wider thing. Any insights from folks in ops, manufacturing, or even HR would be helpful. Staying hopeful but also realistic, you know?
