Another round at X? WARN notice filed in Stephenville

Saw a WARN notice filed for Stephenville, Texas, dated Nov 5th with a layoff date of Dec 27th. It's for 15 employees. This seems like another smaller, but still significant, cut. Anyone in that location or familiar with what teams were impacted? Feels like we're just getting these drips and drops lately, not one big event but constant smaller ones. Hard to keep track and even harder to feel secure when it's always something. Just wondering if this is part of a larger trend or a specific department issue. Any insights would be appreciated.
