So, 86 more people gone as of the end of May in Arkansas. I'm trying to understand the ripple effect this is having on the rest of us still here. Are projects being delayed? Is the workload being redistributed unfairly? I've heard whispers about certain departments being hit harder than others, leading to increased pressure on the remaining staff. It's creating a really stressful environment, to be honest. We're all trying to keep our heads down and do good work, but it's hard when you see colleagues leaving and you're not sure what the future holds. Any insights on how these cuts are affecting daily operations or specific teams would be appreciated. Trying to get a clearer picture of the situation on the ground.

I'm also in Arkansas and seeing similar things. It feels like a constant game of trying to pick up the slack with fewer resources.
