Saw the news about 54 folks in WA getting let go on July 17th. Just brutal. Wondering if anyone else here is in the same boat or knows someone who was. Feels like a gut punch, especially when you're settled in. It's hard not to start second-guessing everything, you know? What was the rationale? Was it performance, restructuring, or just a general cost-cutting spree? The lack of clear communication is what gets me. One day you're planning for the future, the next you're looking for a new job. It's tough out there, and this really adds to the anxiety. Trying to stay positive but man, it's a struggle.
