I know we're not exactly a startup, but Visa is a huge player in fintech, and you hear whispers about restructuring and efficiency drives. My team hasn't seen anything concrete, but the general vibe in the industry is just...tense. A lot of my colleagues are on visas, and the thought of being in that situation, with the clock ticking, is pretty terrifying.
