With all the news about H-1B visas being tied to layoffs and companies being scrutinized, it's making me nervous. I know Visa is a massive employer of H-1B talent, and while we're a stable company generally, the external pressure is undeniable. There's been so much talk about companies cutting costs and tightening belts. Has anyone on a visa here at Visa felt any direct impact, or even just increased anxiety from management or HR about their status? It's hard not to worry when you see other companies, even large ones, letting people go, especially when those layoffs can directly affect visa sponsorship. Just looking to connect with others in a similar situation and share experiences or any insights, even if it's just to commiserate. Hoping for the best, but it feels prudent to be aware of the risks.
