With these ongoing layoffs at Visa, especially hitting locations like Bellevue, I'm really starting to worry about colleagues on H-1B. The clock is ticking, and finding a new sponsor can be incredibly difficult, especially when companies are in cost-cutting mode. It's a cruel irony that the people who contribute so much might be the ones facing the toughest situations due to visa constraints. Has anyone seen or heard of specific support or initiatives within Visa (or externally) to help H-1B holders navigate these layoffs?
