Hey all, just wondering if anyone else has noticed a slowdown in hiring or even outright freezes at Wayfair? Feels like things have really tightened up lately. I've seen a few reqs disappear and some roles that were open for a while now seem to have gone silent. Not sure if this is company-wide or just in certain departments. My team's been told to keep an eye on headcount and focus on efficiency, which sounds like code for 'don't expect new people anytime soon.' Anyone else hearing similar things or seeing fewer new faces around?

Yeah, definitely seeing some of that on my end too. Feels like the vibe has shifted from hyper-growth to being much more cautious with every position. It's not just a few reqs disappearing; there's a general sense of belt-tightening and a much higher bar for any new roles being approved.
