Rant: Seriously considering jumping ship - this place is a mess
I'm so over it. I've only been at Wayfair for 18 months, and I regret it every single day. The workload is insane, the communication is terrible, and the tech is ancient. My skip-level VP keeps promising improvements 'soon', but it's always empty words. I spend half my time fixing problems that shouldn't exist in the first place. Hypothetically speaking, if layoffs were to happen, does anyone have experience with Wayfair's severance packages? I'm trying to get a sense of what to expect, like weeks per year of service, benefits continuation, etc. I've heard some companies are generous, and others, not so much. Trying to prepare myself, just in case. Even a range would be helpful. I'm a Senior Analyst on the supply chain team, been here 3 years. I figure it's better to be informed than caught completely off guard. Hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst!
