Just saw the news about another 14 folks let go in West Des Moines on August 20th. Home lending unit again, seems like that area is just a constant target lately. Anyone in the WDM office hear anything more concrete about what's going on? Is this part of a larger trend, or just a specific department cleanup? Feels like job security is a constant question mark these days, especially after all the chatter over the last year or two. Curious to hear from anyone who's still there or was recently impacted. Trying to gauge if this is a sign of more to come or if things might stabilize. It's tough seeing colleagues go, and the uncertainty is the worst part.
